The common feature of local and federal courts is that both are available to the public. Justice is served through both the courts in the country. The degree of courts that operate publicly includes the following. It includes the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Cassation. They operate at the local level in UAE. Any judgment of the Court of Appeal can land in the Court of Cassation or Cassation Court.
Special Courts
